Flanges
Flanges are essential components in piping systems, being used to connect tubes, valves and other equipment.
Our company offers a wide variety of flanges, manufactured with high quality materials and following strict production standards. We offer Flanges in different types, stainless steel and special alloys, with different specifications and dimensions to meet the needs of the most diverse segments.
ANSI B16.5:This is an American standard that defines flange dimensions in inches. Pressure classes range from 150 to 2500.
DIN:This is a European standard that defines flange dimensions in millimeters. Pressure classes range from PN6 to PN100.
JIS B2220:This is a Japanese standard that defines flange dimensions in millimeters. Pressure classes range from 5K to 63K.
We supply the most common types on the market, which are:
Fweld neck langes:These flanges have a long neck that connects to the pipe and a bore machined to accept the weld fitting. They are generally used in high pressure and high temperature applications.
Sliding Flanges (Slip-On):These flanges have a smooth inside diameter that slides over the pipe and are used in low pressure applications.
Blind flanges (Blind):These flanges are used to close the end of a pipe and do not have a center hole. are used in systems where cleaning and inspection of the pipeline is required.
Threaded Fitting Flanges (Threaded):These flanges have a tapped hole for connecting a threaded pipe and are used in low pressure and low temperature applications.
Socket flanges (Socket Weld):These flanges have a tapered internal bore that fits into the welded pipe and are used in low pressure applications.
